About the Compensation TeamDue to the rapid growth of the company, retirements, and promotions within the team, we are looking to add roles to the compensation team to support our initiatives.
Several strategic HR leaders have joined AmeriHealth Caritas over the last year including our Chief Human Resources Officer.
We are excited to build a world-class function that can assess, design, and implement competitive compensation programs to successfully attract, retain, and motivate our associates.
Position OverviewReporting to our Compensation Director, you will work collaboratively as a compensation business partner, working with business and/or function HR Business Partners and leaders to deliver competitive and analytically driven compensation programs aligned with our compensation philosophy and values.
You will consult HR Business Partners and leaders to drive data-backed compensation decision-making.
As a compensation team member, you will bring your past experiences to the table and to help develop and/or revise compensation policies and practices for annual salary, short and long-term incentives, retention, and recognition programs.
What you will achieve:
Provide expert consultation to assigned client groups on our compensation philosophy and practices.
Build relationships and partner with HR Business Partners and recruiters to help address compensation questions; provide insights and data to support compensation decisions aligned with business needs and our compensation philosophy.
Conduct benchmarking evaluations; collect and analyze salary information to ensure ranges and programs are market competitive.
Assist in the administration of the annual compensation review cycle.
Support design, change management, and communication efforts associated with all our compensation programs, policies and practices.
Ensure compensation programs and policies are compliant with all relevant state and federal laws and align with our compensation philosophy and practices.
Qualifications and RequirementsProven track record of 5-10 years of experience in compensation, in either a corporate or consulting setting:
Experience conducting competitive market analysis, job matching, market pricing, and forecasting.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with track record of developing and delivering clear compensation insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Experience with designing and implementing short-term incentive plans in accordance with company's compensation philosophy, guidelines and/or policies.
Track record of successfully leading enterprise compensation projects by partnering with stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Completion or progress toward Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) required.
Experience with PeopleSoft, SuccessFactors, CompAnalyst or similar tools.
Advanced proficiency with Excel and understanding of relational databases.
NOTE:
AmeriHealth Caritas utilizes a hybrid work environment with associates working from home two days a week, and in the office three days a week.
The functions of this position will be performed onsite at our offices located at 3875 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, 19073.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
