We're rapidly expanding & need to be able to keep up with growing demand.
Part time cleaners in either service area welcomed.
We pay by % of the job to incentivize our cleaners - the larger the scope of the job, the higher the rate.
Pay generally ranges from $20-60/hr depending on the cleaners skill & time it takes them to complete the job while still being thorough to our checklists.
Bonded and insured, so we guarantee our work.
You will be hired as a 1099 contractor, you'll need to have a valid driver's license and use your own vehicle to travel to designated locations.
Additionally, you'll be subject to a background check and required to have general liability insurance in your name, although we're available to help you with the application process.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Cleaner or similar role Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Attention to detail Strong work ethic and reliability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Need to have reliable transportation Need to have your own cleaning products Already have your own liability insurance.
