Position has a matrixed reporting structure, reporting to VP of Human Resources and the Chief Operating Officer of CHMG.
Position will provide guidance to leaders and managers with an emphasis on creating a culture focused on patient, employee and physician satisfaction and an environment that supports the organization's mission, vision and values.
Plans, organizes and directs all aspects of the Human Resource function for CHMG.
Develops, implements and executes human resources programs and policies that supoort the organizational goals and services of CHMG.
Ensures CHMG is compliant with all federal, state and other regulatory requirements.
Develops and administers HR policies, procedures and programs for CHMG in accordance to CHS and Prospect philosophies and expectations.
Handles directly the day-to-day HR needs for the physician practices and administrative offices of CMHG.
Oversees the CHMG Recruitment and Physician Recruitment team.
This position has two direct reports - CHMG Recruiter/Onboarder and Physician Recruiter Location:
Crozer Health 3001- CKHN Administration Schedule:
FR =Full-time Regular, 1 =Day Shift, M-F.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
