This position supports the Women's Health (OBGYN) call center at CCMC.
Responsible for rmanaging and handling patient calls and inquiries, coordinating patient appointments, updating patient insurance/billing information, pre-appointment processing, reminder phone calls and performing point of service activities.
Services customers by determining requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, maintaining database and providing feedback in the way of surveys, results and reports.
The CSR may function is a physician practice or a call center environment.
Rotation between CSR and MR functions within the department may be required.

FR =Full-time Regular, 1 =Day Shift, 8A to 5P.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
