Job Details
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Personal program of Recovery
1 year of D&A experience a plus
Ability to work with outside providers and referral sources to accept warm hand offs of individuals and help to access Drug and Alcohol treatment Services
Provide individuals with resources to support groups, housing, employement, education and medical services
Attend team meetings and participate in case consultations
Computer skills and excel a plus
Eligible Drivers license

Provides a collaborative process by facilitating a warm handoff for the client from the emergency room or PCP, inpatient treatment, or state or county correctional systems. Facilitates the access to treatment, available community resources, and 12 Step information and locations. Educates the client in the skills necessary to achieve and maintain self-sufficiency and recovery from substance abuse disorders.



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
