Service Line Executive
Key individual with strong clinical background (RN, NP, PA) and solid administrative expertise who will be responsible for management of Neuroscience Service Line including Neurosurgery and Neurology inpatient, operations and outpatient practices.
Successful candidate will have a dual reporting role to both the leadership of the physician practice and Crozer Keystone Health System. Must have significant prior experience in the following areas:
o Efficiently managing the clinical and administrative staff related to the neurosciences service line.
o Assisting with developing and updating policies and protocols related to neurosurgery and neurology patient care for optimal experience across care settings.
o Monitoring and ensuring neurosciences staff behavior and adherence to policies and protocols.
o Recruitment, deployment, and orientation of neurosciences clinical and administrative staff.
o Providing ongoing education and training materials for neurosciences staff.
o Assisting with developing and maintaining relationships and quality-focused protocols between the neurosciences service line and integrated/ancillary service lines, other physicians, physician designees, hospitals and the medical community served by the neurosciences program.
o Participating in regular meetings (at least monthly) with neurosciences providers/physician extenders and CKHS administration to discuss system/patient issues.
o Coordinating provider schedules to ensure efficiency and maximum productivity.
o Coordinate process for receiving, investigating and mediating all issues or questions of policy concerning and/or raised by medical providers and physician extenders as well as complaints concerning physician staff/extenders arising from patients, medical staff or administration.
o Coordinating reporting related to quality of care, appropriate resource utilization (including length-of-stay management) and patient data analysis.
o Participating, as requested, in the development of capital and operating budget relating to neurosciences services.
o Facilitating compliance with requirements of all accreditation and licensing authorities.
o Developing action plans and facilitating successful implementation of identified initiatives and performance improvement opportunities related to neurosciences care.
o Meeting regularly with Practice and CKHS administrative leadership to review progress of the neurosurgery service line.
o Providing input on budgets, billing, equipment purchases, staffing and yearly goals and objectives as they relate to the neurosciences service line.
o Interacting closely with administration to develop goals and provide ongoing assessment to achieve objectives, in keeping with Practice and CKHS' strategic plans and risk management programs.
o Interacting with medical staff and specialists across disciplines to ensure appropriate and timely patient care, patient transfers and patient referrals.
o Working cooperatively with heads of diagnostic and therapeutic departments at CKHS to ensure availability and effective use of services and results reporting.
o Assisting with marketing and outreach initiatives for the Institute.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
