Vice President Facility Plan & Development

Req # 28437 Position Summary: Position provides leadership, direction and oversight for all facilities planning and facilities management across the Crozer-Keystone Health System. Responsible for the oversight of the design, development and construction of new construction, additions and renovations to all facilities and equipment.   In addition, position is responsible for the real estate management, tenant leasing, and property management of all leased space throughout the health system. Ensures the safe and efficient operation of all areas of responsibility. Performs duties in support of the health system's mission to ensure the highest quality of patient care in an economically sound and efficient manner.   Provide leadership in the development of campus Facility Master Plans Select consultants (Planners, Architects, Engineers) utilized for major construction projects ($200,000 and over anticipated project budgets). Responsible for the development of the scope of any project that requires state DOH plan review, impacts major building systems, or effects Life safety standards. Consults with site executives and Facilities directors on projects less than $200,000 (and do not require DOH plan approval, impact major building systems, or effect Life Safety standards), as requested Advise with site executives, and Facilities Directors on consultants utilized for any size project that requires State DOH review and approval Responsible for the development of plans and specifications, bid process, and/or contractorselection on major projects Manage the activities of an in-house construction department, including identifying potential projects, cost/savings analysis Develop short and long range requirements for capital equipment repair/replacement schedules.  Prioritize capital budget for Facilities on a system-wide basis. Advise each Facility of proposed/upcoming changes to regulations that effect facility operations.  Consult with each site on best way to ensure compliance Coordinate with QM & I department and Legal Department on the completion of regulatory requirements   Education and Training:   Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Facilities Management or Healthcare Administration with in-depth, major construction or renovation experience. Ten (10) years of progressive experience in general management and oversight of major construction/renovation projects Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred. Fifteen (15) years of progressive experience preferred Ten (10) years of experience with tenant leasing and property management desired.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
